Romantic style vintage 1940s-50s wool wide brim hat. Lovely dotted netting veil with a unique feather arrangement at the back that gives the illusion of a fountain spilling over. Lovely! The color has almost a slight peach earth tone to it. Very unique style. Designed by Georgi. The materials of the hat are in very good condition. The wool could use a good steam cleaning as the brim shows signs of dinge from wear, as well as the ribbon around the crown and back hanging tab on the ribbon. A good cleaner could brighten this beauty up. Looks like we are missing only one feather. The neeting is in very nice vintage shape and doesn't need to be replaced. Measures 15" across and 13" front to back. Measures approx. 21" around the inside crown brim.
