What a find! This hat is truly amazing! Black straw with a running strand of shiney rhinestones completing the perfection. The top of the hat is dotted with individual stones. Tres chic! This looks like Paris style at its finest for the 1940s era. Excellent condition! There is one rhinestone missing from the top, however. Made by Haute Couture Exclusively Designed for Rita's. Measure 16" in diameter and approximately 22 1/4" around the inside crown brim. Awesome!
