Neat little satin multi colored striped cloche style hat with black velvet wide trim. Two side combs attached with elastic to help keep in place. Made by Harold Inc Minneapolis. There are a few worn spots on the edges of the velvet, but this is only noticeable upon inspection. Otherwise in great condition. Measures 7 1/4" across and to front and back.
