Lovely 1950s black velvet hat with creamy off white feather design on the front covered with netting and pinned down with little rhinestones. Very fancy and delicate looking. Excellent condition, however I would recommend refashioning the drop netting in the back as it has deteriorated with age. Netting veil can also be worn over the face (I have it tucked back in the photo.) No label. Measures 13 1/2" across the top lenghtwise and 10" front to back.
