Wonderfully rare vintage Enid Collins wooden box jewelled handbag purse dated 1965. The best part is the title! "Gay Cock" The front of the box features a regal looking peacock with brown, orange and clear jewels on his tail. I believe there are at least 2 missing jewels from the birds body. The leather fastener strap shows lines in the strap from use. The bag is in wonderful condition for its age! Measures 11 1/2" long, 6" tall, and 2 7/8" wide.
